For men we have two training programmes:

• Driving Training – In this training we give theoretical and practical lessons, the trainees get hands on driving experience on a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV). At the end of training the trainees receive a Certificate and LMV Drivers’ Licence. Our graduates have been employed in government jobs – full-time or contractually on the basis of the skills acquired through this training.
• Electrician and Mobile Repair Training – This is a two part training in which men are trained on household wiring and domestic electrical appliance repair, also they learn to repair mobile phone. The trainees get theoretical and practical lessons. The graduates from this training programme are employed as electricians or have opened their own mobile repairing shops.

For women we have two training programmes:

• Sewing / Tailoring Training – In this training the ladies learn to stitch female clothing which is convenient for them culturally, it helps them become self-dependent. After training many ladies have started their tailoring business from home and are supporting their family.
• Beautician Training – This training programme has been the most surprising for us. We were hesitant to start a beautician training programme in rural area. However we were surprised to see the response from rural women towards this training programme and we were amazed to hear that the ladies after completing this training were able to establish a successful business as beauticians in rural areas.

 à¤•à¤¨à¥à¤¸à¤¾ वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग सेन्टर —

यह दमोह से 40 à¤•à¤¿à¤²à¥‹à¤®à¥€à¤Ÿà¤° दूर जबलपुर रोड पर स्थित है। यहां पुरुषों के लिए 2 à¤”र महिलाओं के लिए 2 à¤ªà¥à¤°à¤¶à¤¿à¤•à¥à¤·à¤£ कार्यक्रम चलाए जाते हैं।

पुरूषों के लिए 2 à¤ªà¥à¤°à¤¶à¤¿à¤•à¥à¤·à¤£ कार्यक्रम चलाए जाते हैं —

1. à¤¡à¥à¤°à¤¾à¤‡à¤µà¤¿à¤‚ग ट्रेनिंग

इसके अन्तर्गत छात्रों को ड्राइविंग के सैद्धान्तिक तथा व्यवहारिक पाठ सिखाए जाते हैं। उसके बाद छात्र स्वयं हल्के मोटर वाहन (एल.एम.वी.) चलाकर अनुभव प्राप्त करते हैं। प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने पर छात्रों को प्रमाण पत्र तथा एल.एम.वी. ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस प्रदान किया जाता है। हमारे यहां से ट्रेनिंग पूरा किए हुए बहुत से छात्र पार्ट—टाईम और फुल टाइम सरकारी नौकरियां कर रहे हैं और कुछ छात्र स्वयं का वाहन चलाकर आमदनी अर्जित कर रहे हैं।

2. à¤‡à¤²à¥‡à¤•à¥à¤Ÿà¥à¤°à¤¿à¤¶à¤¿à¤¯à¤¨ तथा मोबाइल रिपेरिंग ट्रेनिंग —

इसमें छात्रों को घरेलू वायरिंग करना तथा बिजली से चलने वाले यंत्रों की मरम्मत करना सिखाया जाता है। इसके साथ ही मोबाइल फोन को सुधारना भी सिखाया जाता है। उनसे प्रैक्टिकल करवाए जाते हैं। ट्रेनिंग पूरा कर चुके बहुत से छात्र न केवल नौकरियां कर रहे हैं बल्कि खुद का रोजगार चलाकर आमदनी भी कमा रहे हैं।

महिलाओं के लिए 2 à¤ªà¥à¤°à¤¶à¤¿à¤•à¥à¤·à¤£ कार्यक्रम चलाए जाते हैं —

1. à¤¸à¤¿à¤²à¤¾à¤ˆ प्रशिक्षण — à¤‡à¤¸à¤•à¥‡ अन्तर्गत महिलाएं विभिन्न प्रकार की महिलाओं के कपड़ों की सिलाई करना सीखती हैं। इससे उन्हें आत्म—निर्भर बनने में मदद मिलती है। प्रशिक्षण पूरा करके बहुत सी महिलाएं अपने घर में ही सिलाई का काम शुरू करके अपने परिवारों का खर्च चला रही हैं।

2. à¤¬à¥à¤¯à¥‚टीशियन ट्रेनिंग — à¤¬à¥à¤¯à¥‚टीशियन ट्रेनिंग चलाना हमारे लिए बहुत चकित करनेवाला रहा है। हम ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में इसे शुरू करने में संकोच कर रहे थे। लेकिन इसके प्रति ग्रामीण महिलाओं की रूचि तथा प्रति उत्तर देखकर हम उत्साहित हैं। इसमें कम पढ़ी लिखी महिलाओं को स्वास्थ्य तथा सौन्दर्य प्रसाधनों का सही उपयोग करना तथा दुल्हनों का श्रंगार करना सिखाया जाता है। यह देखना हमारे लिए अत्यन्त सुखद है कि ट्रेनिंग पूरी करने के बाद अनेक महिलाएं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ब्यूटीशियन के रूप में अपने—अपने घरों पर सफलतापूर्वक स्वरोजगार चला रही हैं।
