Financial Empowerment / Self-help Groups

Through this programme we try to empower the communities financially. Our trainers encourage the communities to form small groups and start Self-help Groups. The interested groups are trained on how to form and run a savings group efficiently. The training is based on the experiences of organisations that have successfully run similar programmes in diverse communities in many countries. The groups learn about various aspects and challenges that they might encounter in forming and running a Savings Group and how to deal with such situations. The training helps them to learn about common challenges that most of the groups encounter and prepare better group rules and regulations to deal with them at the onset.

आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण / स्वसहायता समूह

इस कार्यक्रम के द्वारा हम समुदायों को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बनाने का प्रयास करते हैं। हमारे प्रशिक्षक उन्हें स्व सहायता समूहों का गठन करने तथा उन्हें चलाने के लिए उत्साहित करते हैं। रूचि लेने वाले समूहों को सिखाया जाता है कि कैसे छोटे बचत समूह निपुणता से चलाए जाते हैं। यह प्रशिक्षण उन संस्थानों के अनुभवों पर आधारित है जो ऐसी बचत योजनाएं विभिन्न देशों के विभिन्न समुदायों में सफलतापूर्वक चला चुके हैं। इसके अन्तर्गत बचत समूहों के सामने आने वाली चुनौतियों का सामना करने सम्बन्धी बातें सिखायी जाती हैं। इसके फलस्वरूप स्व सहायता तथा बचत समूहों के सदस्य बेहतर तरीके से कार्य कर पाने में सक्षम होते हैं। वे अपने समूहों के समान दूसरे समूहों का गठन करने तथा उन्हें संचालित करने के लिए जरूरी नियमावलियों को तैयार करने में सफल होते हैं।

इस कार्यक्रम के फलस्वरूप समाज का आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण होता है।
